"Charming place, great staff, tasty coffee!"

I started going to HOC a couple years ago, a honestly it was delicious. Recently, I have gone maybe 2 or three time in 6 months and today was probably my last day. The drinks are either to bitter or to sweet. Just never consistent, and I never end up finishing a drink because it doesn't taste good. I have had multiple different drinks.Like I said in the beginning it was good. Also I would like to add unless you are a regular the customer service isn't that great they are usually holding side conversations with the people sitting at the bar. Which is fine but I would like to conversate as well. There is only 2 employees at HOC that will actually focus on you and if you go here you will know right away who they are!I really like the idea of the local coffee shop but customer service has to be #1 along with your coffee.

First time at the establishment and I loved it! Great staff very helpful and best of all, my drink was delicious! Just perfect!Thank you!😁
